HEAT Check Gaming completes trade with T-Wolves Gaming

MIAMI, FL – Miami HEAT NBA 2K League Affiliate, HEAT Check Gaming, announced today that it has acquired T-Wolves Gaming point guard Brandon “Hood” Caicedo in exchange for Jordan “JMoneyRep817” Martinez.

Hood, a South Florida native, played in 17 regular season and tournament games, averaging 29.2 points, 5.5 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game last season as a member of Cavs Legion GC. Hood led his team to the semifinals in the NBA 2K League’s inaugural season. T-Wolves Gaming traded their first round pick in the NBA 2K League Expansion Draft for Hood. With T-Wolves gaming, he averaged 17.5 points, 1.8 rebounds per game while shooting 47.5 percent from the field in regular season play.

Jordan “JMoneyRep817” Martinez was selected by HEAT Check Gaming as a third-round pick in the 2019 NBA 2K League Draft. JMoneyRep817 averaged 15.6 points and 5.4 assists per game while shooting 45.3 percent from the field for HEAT Check Gaming..

Hood will make his debut with HEAT Check Gaming on May 15th against Cavs Legion GC.
